Working at Cove Shelter means showing up for our neighbors when they need a safe and dependable place to turn. Every member of our team plays a part in cultivating an environment where people experiencing homelessness, housing insecurity, or food insecurity are welcomed with dignity, compassion, and respect.

The work isn’t always easy, but it matters. We’re looking for people who care about others, maintain composure in crisis, understand healthy boundaries, work well as part of a team, and want to use their skills to serve our community.
